Liam Sigaud is an Adjunct Scholar at the Paragon Health Institute and a Research Analyst at the Knee Regulatory Research Center at West Virginia University. His work focuses on state and federal health policy. He has published peer-reviewed research in the Southern Economic Journal, Social Science & Medicine and Maine Policy Review and his popular writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Hill, and many other publications. Sigaud holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maine.
