Mitchell Shedd is the Communications Director for US Representative David Schweikert.
Mitch started working with Paragon Health Institute in July 2023, supporting the communications and operations team, before transitioning into his role as Digital Communications Manager in January 2025. In this role, he develops social media strategies, creates digital content, and drives online engagement. In addition to crafting compelling posts and expanding Paragon’s digital reach, Mitchell monitors health-related media, tracks key metrics, and contributes to website improvements and digital marketing efforts.
He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida. A Florida native, he enjoys coffee, surfing, and golf. Now based in the DMV, he has fully embraced life as a Capitals fan.
