Gabrielle “Elle” Kalisz is the Program Manager at Paragon Health Institute. Gabrielle has worked in federal health policy for over five years, advancing free-market principles and partnerships.
Before Paragon, Gabrielle was a Research Associate at Todd Strategy Group, representing top biopharmaceutical, life sciences, and health care entities. Previously, Gabrielle was a Research Analyst & Executive Producer for Farragut Square Group, a private equity diligence subsidiary of McDermott, Will & Emery LLC. Gabrielle was responsible for performing comprehensive research advising private mergers, acquisitions, and transactions within the health care deal market, providing strategic insights of policy movements impacting investment. Additionally, Gabrielle has served in roles with EMD Serono/Merck KGaA, the United Nations, and U.S. Senator Richard Durbin (IL). Most recently, Gabrielle completed the Health Reformers Academy Fellowship as a member of the inaugural cohort class.
Gabrielle received her B.A. in International Relations and Global Health Care Policy in 2021. Concurrently, Gabrielle co-founded and served as Vice President of Communications for GenZGOP, where she led strategic communications strategy, management, and brand optimization. During her tenure, GenZGOP was published in or covered by CNN, BBC World News, NPR, PBS, Politico and NBC, and the organization’s social media accounts were viewed more than 3.6 million times.
