Tanner Aliff is a Visiting Research Fellow focusing on state policy reform and research for the Paragon Health Institute. Before aiding the Institute, Tanner led the Center on Health and Families and Right on Healthcare initiatives as Policy Director at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Tanner has also served as a Healthcare Policy Program Manager at the Cicero Institute where he guided healthcare policy efforts across 13 states. Prior to his state policy and advocacy work, Tanner served as a Research Fellow and Staffer to Congressman Mark Green, as well as a Constant Observer with Providence Health.

Tanner has testified before several state Health and Human Service Committees. Mr. Aliff has been designated as a Rising Healthcare Reformer by Stand Together Trust.
