Paragon President Brian Blase was quoted in The Wall Street Journal on November 1st, 2022, in their piece Bigger Affordable Care Act Subsidies Likely to Boost Enrollment:

“Most of the new subsidy amount goes to people who already have coverage and are already getting a very large subsidy,” said Brian Blase, president of Paragon Health Institute and a special assistant for health policy in the Trump administration. “All of this is very inflationary. It is expanding government spending and largely crowding out the private sector.”
