Former Trump administration economic advisor Brian Blase and other high-profile health policy experts on Tuesday (Nov. 16) launched the Paragon Health Institute, which will focus on free-market policy solutions that give patients more control over health care decisions.
“The public health policy debate is overwhelmingly centered on growing the government’s role––rarely is it focused on how government programs can work better and what is most important for health and overall well-being,” Blase, who will serve as PHI’s first president and lead its Private Health Reform initiatives, says in a release.
